Installation Instructions for ABS PV Mounts

ABS Plastic SLB Series Solar Panel Mounting Kit (Ideal for RVs, Boats, Caravans

, ambulance and other mobile applications)
TripSolarSLB series solar panel angle brackets can work with any size aluminum frame solar cells.
Plates are used together to provide a secure installation for RVs, boats, and many flat surface applications. The solar angle bracket will
Supports optimal height of solar panels above the surface, allowing airflow from below to ensure solar power
Pool boards work as efficiently as possible.
Depending on the size and weight of the solar module, it may be worth considering, especially if the panels are mounted to a vehicle
Consider adding a side mount set (available separately) to support the long sides of the panel additionally, but for many installations
, corner brackets are sufficient.
Solar panel mounting is an ideal way to attach solar panels to the roof or deck of RVs and boats.
Mode.
These brackets can be securely glued to surfaces without drilling holes. The frame also acts as a wind deflector and protects
Maintain the correct air gap between the solar panel and the roof/deck.

Black and white ABS plastic The installation instructions are as follows:
Compatible with all aluminum framed solar panels,Larger panels may require additional side mount brackets; please call your local dealer for details.
The recommended adhesive is Sikaflex715.

Installation Manual:
1. You need to drill a clearance hole in the appropriate ABS bracket. Place the panel holder on a flat surface, then
Place the panel on the stand. Drill a pilot hole to mount directly to the panel frame by mounting. When drilling holes in the solar panel frame to attach the brackets, try hitting closer to the center of the panel frame,To avoid any damage to the solar panel glass and battery.

2. Use self-tapping stainless steel or galvanized screws to fasten the bracket to the solar panel frame.
3. Mark the mounting location of the panel on the surface to which the panel will be mounted.
4. After applying Sikaflex-715 to the brackets, install them at the pre-marked locations on the roof. Orient your panel so that the wires/cables on the back are on the right side. According to silk fiber products
Sikaflex-715 installation instructions; gently press down on the top of each bracket to secure the Sikaflex-715 has good contact with all surfaces.

5. Please refer to the instructions for Sikaflex and allow the silk-715 the required time to dry completely. Helpful Tip: To reduce the number of wires wiggling around the roof when traveling, put some in different places
Sikaflex-715 and glued them to the roof.
6. While waiting for the Sikaflex-715 to dry, install the PV charge controller on the permanent
long position. It is recommended that the photovoltaic charge controller should be installed in a dry, hidden location, away from high temperature and moisture sources.

Note that these instructions are a simple guide to installing the SLB series.
ABS plastic panel mount.
Most importantly, you follow Sikaflex's (or other manufacturer's) instructions to ensure panel installation
and safety.
TripSolar is not responsible for any damage and injury caused by improper installation.

Installation steps of the component bracket.
1. The first step is to install the lower connecting seat of the column. The floor holes of the lower connecting center of the column are aligned with the embedded bolts, and the side of the opening is facing away from the direction of the component. Use the M12 nut to fasten the lower connecting seat of the column (the one with the bottom beam is connected with the bolt through the bolt. bottom beam connection);
2. In the second step, take the column C steel L=630mm and align it with the hole of the lower connecting seat of the column, the opening of the column faces the direction of the component, and use the M10*70 outer hexagon bolt through the hole to connect the two components firmly; (Figure 1)

3. The third step is to install the front connecting seat. The long hole of the front connecting seat is aligned with the embedded bolt, the opening is upward, and the front connecting seat is fastened with M12 nuts; (Figure 2)
4. The fourth step is to install the upper connecting seat of the column. The hole of the upper connecting center of the column is aligned with the hole position of the upper column, and the two components are firmly connected by M12*70 outer hexagon bolts; (Figure 3)
5. The fifth step is to take the inclined beam C steel L=1450mm and align it with the opposite perforation of the front connecting seat and the hole of the ready beam, connect with M12*70 outer hexagon bolts, and the plane of the long gap of the ready shaft is against the connecting seat on the column. So that the long interval and the connecting seat hole on the column are aligned and connected by M10*30 hexagon socket head bolt.

6. The sixth step is to connect the beam C steel L=1400/1600mm through the long hole of the beam and the inclined beam and connect it with M10*30 hexagon socket head bolts and special-shaped nuts, and fix the shaft on the connecting rod. (Figure 5)
7. The seventh step is to take the beam connector to connect the beam, place the beam connector under the top of the shaft, align the holes, and connect and tighten through M10*30 hexagon socket bolts (conditions permit, 6 and 7 can be reversed in order); (with the attached picture 5)

8. Lay the components on the beam, install the drawing size, find the specified position, the distance between the features is 20, and connect them through M8 socket head cap bolts and special-shaped nuts.
