Standard tools in a photovoltaic system : wire stripper

According to the diameter of the wire, choose the diameter of the wire stripper blade;
According to the thickness of the cable, select the corresponding stripping blade;

Place the prepared cable in the middle of the blade of the stripping tool and select the length to be stripped;
Hold the handle of the stripping tool, clamp the cable, and slowly peel off the outer skin of the cable;
Loosen the tool handle and take out the cable, the metal of the cable is neatly exposed, and the rest of the insulating plastic is intact.

1. According to the thickness of the cable, select the corresponding stripping blade

2. Place the prepared cable in the middle of the blade of the stripping tool, and select the length to be stripped

3. Hold the handle of the stripping tool, clamp the cable, and slowly peel off the outer skin of the cable

4. Loosen the handle of the tool and take out the cable. At this time, the cable's metal is neatly exposed, and the rest of the insulating plastic is intact.

What needs to be reminded here is that when you use the wire stripper, please pay attention to the following three safety precautions:

1. Please wear goggles when operating

2. In order not to hurt people and objects around the fragment, please confirm the splashing direction of the piece before cutting it

3. Be sure to close the blade's tip tightly and place it in a safe place out of reach for children.

The wire stripper comprises a knife-edge, a wire crimping port, and a plier handle.
The handle of the wire stripper is covered with an insulating sleeve with a rated working voltage of 500V, which is suitable for stripping plastic and rubber insulated wires and cable core wires.
Performance standard of wire stripper
1) The pliers can be flexibly opened and closed and can be opened and closed freely under the action of the spring.
2) When the cutting edge is closed, the cutting edge clearance is not more than 0.3mm.
3) The hardness of the jaws of the wire stripper is not lower than HRA56 or not lower than HRC30.
4) The wire stripper can successfully strip the plastic or rubber insulating layer outside the wire with a core diameter of 0.5mm~2.5mm.
5) The handle of the wire stripper has sufficient bending strength, and the permanent deformation of the hold of the adjustable end-face wire stripper is not more than 1mm after being subjected to a 20N-m load test.
